Yes. I’m based in the Inland Northwest and regularly travel for sessions and events.

Travel fees may apply for locations outside my normal service area.

I’ll confirm availability and provide details. A date is officially reserved once the agreement and any required retainer are completed.

Typical delivery is 3–7 days depending on the size of the session or event.

Large events or peak seasons may take slightly longer. You’ll always receive an email when your gallery is ready.

Payment timing depends on the service:

• Sessions: Retainer to reserve the date, remaining balance due before or on the session day

• Events/Galleries: Images are purchased individually or as a collection after delivery

Full details are provided during booking.

If you need to reschedule, contact me as soon as possible and we’ll choose a new date based on availability.

Outdoor sessions affected by weather can be moved at no additional cost.

Last-minute cancellations may forfeit the retainer.

You’ll receive a curated gallery of fully edited images.

The number varies based on session length or event size; I deliver all strong, usable images rather than limiting you to a fixed count.

Yes; purchased images include a personal-use license.

You may print and share them on personal or social media accounts.

Commercial use, advertising, resale, or promotional use requires permission or a separate license.

Images are backed up and professionally edited before delivery to ensure quality and safety.

The images I provide will be edited to improve lighting, contrast, sharpness, and color — all of which a standard processes for digital photographers. Therefore, I do not provide the unedited RAW images. If you are unhappy with your final images, I am happy to reedit your gallery for you.
